Overview

Aptean is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its growing BD Team.

This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, pitching Aptean's products, and building lasting customer relationships.

You will reach out to prospects through various channels to qualify leads and secure meetings for the sales team. Additionally, you'll nurture inbound leads from webinars, events, and contact forms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outreach to potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other means.
  • Execution of targeted campaigns for specific companies or industries.
  • Pipeline management and lead nurturing.
  • Participation in European trade shows and events.
  • Providing feedback to the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in software B2B sales and business development or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to engage with senior business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dutch language skills are a plus.
