About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Advisor to join our team at TN Poland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls from B2B and B2C clients, providing first and second-line support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks (e.g., gathering feedback or late payment calls).
  • Provide assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Deliver technical support for the streaming company.
  • Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Finnish (C1 level or higher).
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Service-oriented thinking with a focus on customer experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Experience in soft selling and upselling.
  • Administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and personnel culture.
