About the roleYou'll be responsible for building strong relationships between our partner and its clients, fostering an environment that promotes growth, quality, and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Serving as the vital link between our partner and their Customer Support outsource partner, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality feedback.
- Providing expert-level support to customers, navigating complex issues and finding effective solutions.
- Developing and implementing quality procedures to drive up customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying potential issues and escalating them through established channels, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Crafting knowledge base content that empowers both customers and support teams, providing valuable insights and solutions.
- Generating actionable reports that highlight your team's impact and the customer's voice.
- Collaborating with the Customer Support Manager to drive initiatives that enhance the customer journey and nurture team growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the social/mobile gaming industry, with a background in leading or supervising teams.
- A strong foundation in customer service principles and the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex situations and find creative solutions.
- The ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
