Channel Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within assigned channels to maximize revenue opportunities with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
  • Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales plans per channel with regular follow-up.
  • Establish ongoing Business Partner training and certification plans to enable partners in chosen Enterprise products and solutions.
  • Drive and maintain channel account plans for defined Business Partners.
  • Address customer service issues raised by channel partners.
  • Drive new business enablement initiatives and work on cross-selling opportunities within assigned channel partners.
  • Lead key opportunities and train channel partner resources on how to win with ALE portfolio.
  • Manage forecasts and accuracy on a weekly basis, reflecting prospects and opportunities in Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise forecasting tool.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing national-wide channel partners with existing relationships is appreciated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
