  • You must be proficient in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales or Business Development role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • A passion for learning and collaborating with your peers.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential opportunities for account executives.
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Pipeline creation and management to ensure seamless processes.
  • Develop innovative prospecting techniques to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing, account executives, and sales architects to provide exceptional customer experiences.
