- You must be proficient in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- A proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales or Business Development role.
- Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- A passion for learning and collaborating with your peers.
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities for account executives.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads to drive revenue growth.
- Pipeline creation and management to ensure seamless processes.
- Develop innovative prospecting techniques to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing, account executives, and sales architects to provide exceptional customer experiences.
