Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill this position, which involves coordinating actions between the recruitment department and German partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with company partners in Germany;
  • Coordinating actions between the recruitment department and German partners;
  • Comprehensive order handling (maintaining continuity of care on the order, answering questions, responding to problems, negotiating rates in case of changes in the health of the wards);
  • Preparing documents based on templates and ensuring their correct completion and signing;
  • Verifying data accuracy in the system;
  • Resolving disputes and emergency situations in cooperation with the recruitment department;
  • Acquiring new orders by actively building relationships with partners from Germany and motivating them to send orders and select our Client's carers from the received applications;
  • Ensuring timely organization of shifts on orders;
  • Completing payroll lists;
  • Monitoring the accuracy of commissions for partners from Germany;
  • Entering new orders into the system;
  • Language verification of carers candidates and creating CVs in German, based on information obtained from the recruitment department;
  • Weekly emergency shifts (on average every 6-7 weeks).
Requirements:
  • Advanced level of German in speaking and writing - minimum level B2+, ideally C1;
  • Self-reliance and very good ability to plan own work time;
  • Multitasking;
  • Ability to work under time and stress pressure;
  • Ability to work independently.

TeamQuest offers a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in customer service.

Salary: €50,000 per annum
