Fintech Customer Support Specialist with Latin American Focus

We are looking for a skilled Fintech Customer Support Specialist with a strong focus on the Latin American market to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o.

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time role that involves providing exceptional support to clients from Portuguese or Spanish-speaking markets in the fintech industry.

**Responsibilities:

  • Resolving issues in a timely manner and in-line with company procedures and standards
  • Guiding customers and handling complaints by phone and email
  • Monitoring financial markets situations and updates
  • Administrative tasks in CRM

**Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish language (min. C1)
  • Previous experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on solving problems
  • Interest in financial markets or a strong willingness to develop in a fintech company
