For a leading law firm specializing in solo practice, Tomasz Rutkowski Solo Law Firm, we are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive business growth.
Main duties will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Understanding client needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their goals
- Identifying new opportunities within existing and new accounts, managing upsell and cross-sell activities
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals, balancing profitability and client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, focusing on key accounts or enterprise-level clients
- Required experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on food products
- Advanced/fluent Polish and English language skills
- Customer orientation and understanding of client needs
- Proactivity and autonomy
