For a leading law firm specializing in solo practice, Tomasz Rutkowski Solo Law Firm, we are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive business growth.

Main duties will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Understanding client needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Identifying new opportunities within existing and new accounts, managing upsell and cross-sell activities
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals, balancing profitability and client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, focusing on key accounts or enterprise-level clients
  • Required experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on food products
  • Advanced/fluent Polish and English language skills
  • Customer orientation and understanding of client needs
  • Proactivity and autonomy
