Medical Account Manager
Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking an experienced Medical Account Manager to join our Operating Room Solutions team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and expansion.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Travel regularly within the region and occasionally internationally to attend meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to customers and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Performance-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Native level of English language proficiency, with fluency in Polish.
