Medical Account Manager

Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking an experienced Medical Account Manager to join our Operating Room Solutions team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and expansion.

About the Role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Travel regularly within the region and occasionally internationally to attend meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to customers and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Performance-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Native level of English language proficiency, with fluency in Polish.
