We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and contracting prospective customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization. This includes responding to complex customer inquiries by organizing visits to current and prospective customer sites, introducing products to expand sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively managing an existing portfolio of distributors in the assigned area
- Seeking new distributors in Poland and Baltic States
- Supporting end-users of our products and solutions on a daily basis
- Negotiating prices and delivery times with customers
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in technical or industrial products. A strong understanding of customer needs and market trends is essential. Fluency in Polish and English (B2) is required, with other languages being an advantage, particularly Russian.
