Sales Agent Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting our website, products, and campaigns to boost user interaction and encourage player participation.

About the Job

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for making engaging outbound calls daily to connect with both current and potential players, assisting new and existing players to enhance their experience, and promoting our website, products, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase player engagement and retention.
  • Make regular outbound calls to current and potential players to promote our products and services.
  • Assist new and existing players to ensure they fully enjoy our range of offerings.
  • Work closely with the team leader to set and surpass specific performance targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional player experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Linguistic skills: Native or fluent German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Customer Service skills: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Communication skills: Comfortable initiating conversations and effectively presenting products and services.
  • Motivation: Goal-driven, with a strong motivation to meet both personal and team targets every day.
  • Knowledge: Ideally, possess a basic understanding of the casino and sports betting sectors.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of 50,000 PLN per annum, plus benefits including:
