Business Development Manager

Ebury is a FinTech firm offering products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.
We are seeking a Sales and Partnerships Representative to join our Warsaw office.
The Partnerships division specialises in institutional, financial brokerage, and FinTech sales.
We provide white-labelled solutions for banks, asset & wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, and software platforms.
The Partnerships team builds relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners.
You will develop a network of intermediaries through market research and cold calling.
By understanding clients' needs and presenting solutions, you will help grow our partners' businesses.
About You
- Enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition mindset.
- Interested in the financial markets, ideally with a financial background.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Experience in B2B partner-facing functions, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.
- Experience in sales, particularly with a focus on the Accountancy or Financial Services markets.
- Structured approach to conduct market research, planning, and organisation skills.
- Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need.
- Fluent in English and Polish language knowledge.
