E-commerce Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key account professional, you will be responsible for analyzing local e-commerce markets, negotiating business plans with partners, and building effective relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze local e-commerce market trends and develop business plans to drive growth.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and establish joint business plans with partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure mutual success.
  • Manage client P&Ls, negotiate budgets, and coordinate operational activities related to product listing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor analysis to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce business management or key account management in FMCG/pharma/electronics business.
  • Proven track record of success in big e-players is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce key metrics and trends, with ability to predict future trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills with strategic approach.
  • Good planning and project management skills.
  • Analytical and result-oriented thinking, data-based decision making.
  • Excel, PowerPoint skills, experience with e-commerce reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Intrapreneurial mindset with ability to engage people towards common objective.
