Our Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Management Specialist to join our team at Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personnel management and administration, with a focus on supporting the Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC) located in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HRM Branch in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for all civilian personnel categories.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support for products from the NATO 2030 initiative, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Manage personnel files and operate the Human Resources Data System (HRDS), maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Co-ordinate the employment of all civilian personnel categories and NATO 2030 Project Linked NICs during employment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Process national security clearances and prepare requests for civilians, adhering to strict deadlines and security protocols.
  • Organise and coordinate initial and annual medical examinations for all civilian personnel categories, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to standards.
  • Manage leave, attendance, overtime records, and compensatory time off for all civilian personnel categories, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the HRM Branch suspense system, ensuring timely personnel administration and minimising delays.
  • Assist in personnel administration, including in/out processing of all personnel, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc workforce reviews and surveys, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in working groups and meetings on payroll/allowances, pension, and personnel management system matters, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in personnel management and administration in a Human Resources department.
  • Proven track record of effective utilisation of an automated Personnel Management system.
  • Recent experience in application of Host Nation Poland Labour Law and Social Security Legislation within the last 4 calendar years.
  • Administrative experience in a recruitment support role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, social sciences, law, or related field, public administration.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex information.

Certifications and Clearance:

NATO or U.S. SECRET security clearance is mandatory. Additionally, travel may be required within and outside of NATO's boundaries.
