We're looking for a skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product developments
- Work securely with customers' sensitive information
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Collaborate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish and English (B2 level) is required
- Basic technical understanding and analytical skills
- Self-management skills and a positive attitude
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
