Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between 170,000 to 190,000 PLN per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This Senior Manager P&C will work closely with the TechSoup leadership in Europe and other contributors outside the organization. The primary objective is to increase visibility, profile, and reach throughout Europe, making stakeholders such as NGOs, governments, corporate partners, and funders aware of TechSoup, understand their work, recognize the brand, and the social impact made.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Lead all People & Culture/HR related activities in Europe, including personal administration, reporting, payrolls, recruitment processes, onboardings.
  • Develop and manage TechSoup's organizational culture in Europe.
  • Create and implement P&C strategic documents in cooperation with TechSoup's global P&C team.
  • Coordinate identification of development areas in all departments and individually for employees.
  • Coordinate internal day-to-day communication with diverse TechSoup's European team.
  • Understand TechSoup Vision and Mission globally; coordinate with TechSoup's global P&C team.
  • Manage a small P&C team.
  • Coordinate labour law legal issues (incl. GDPR, GIODO) with cooperation with external law firms.
  • Advising leadership teams and managers on employee issues.
  • Responsibility for end-to-end implementing P&C policies, processes, and procedures (including trainings for managers).
  • Coordinating change management projects (including systems automation).
  • Recommending updates of benefits portfolios.
  • Coordinating salary levelling process and managing internal payscales.
  • Together with leadership teams and global functions creating People & Culture strategy for the region.
  • Responsibility for cost-effective P&C budget execution.
  • Creates and runs reports as needed for: budgeting, recruiting, headcount, attrition, staffing, and other as requested.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in HR/P&C roles. You must have excellent knowledge of Polish Labour Law Code and senior position experience is a plus. Additionally, NGO sector experience and knowledge of EU labour law regulations are beneficial. Experience in managing and upskilling teams is also required.

Skills and Abilities

You should be able to work in a dynamic organization with changing priorities. Strong initiative, motivating, and inspiring others, and assuming accountability for actions and outcomes are essential. You must be able to work independently, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills. Fluent Polish and English language skills are necessary.
