The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation design, analysis, and education, with a passion for data storytelling and analytics expertise. You will work closely with our Global Total Rewards Team to develop and implement effective compensation programs that drive business growth and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain total rewards strategies that align with Vialto Partners' global compensation philosophy.
- Conduct job evaluations to match positions against market survey positions across the region.
- Lead market pricing analyses to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company's global compensation philosophy.
- Partner with the business, People Team, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the effective use of compensation data.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion.
- Minimum of 6 years of increasing accountability and success in the areas of compensation design, analyses, education, and socialization of rewards programs in a high-growth, go-to-market, high-tech, global organization.
- Possess strong analytics expertise with high proficiency in Google environment (sheets, docs, slides), Excel, and some Tableau.
- Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality. Nimble, quick learner and an independent, proactive working style and curious - able to work with limited direction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment in which decisions are made collaboratively and within a high-performing, engaging team at all levels and across multiple time zones.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels of an organization.
