We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales - Key Accounts who will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Team Leads, and will be directly responsible for acquiring and developing key accounts across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Development and Enterprise Sales Leadership, with a proven track record of success in leading large sales teams and complex team structures. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to specialist teams.

Sales Strategy:** Drive business development initiatives to acquire and grow key accounts in the Polish market.
**Team Management:** Lead a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Team Leads to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
**Account Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.
**Performance Management:** Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results, and will be passionate about reducing food waste and promoting sustainability.
