Position Overview

Are you enthusiastic about resolving technical challenges and enhancing customer satisfaction? Do you possess a strong background in 3D CAD/CAM/CAE? If so, we would like to connect with you.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in our support team.

We embrace a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

Address support inquiries through various channels (chat, phone, web, online forums, etc.) while adhering to established procedures Maintain records of support interactions in a centralized case management system Escalate unresolved issues to senior personnel for further assistance Investigate, confirm, and document product defects Manage your own queue of support requests Set and manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates Contribute to the enhancement of our internal knowledge base quality using the Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodology Collaborate with product management and development teams to facilitate meaningful improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and German Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related industry Solid understanding of Design (CAD), Simulation, Manufacturing (CAM), or related Autodesk products (such as Autodesk FeatureCAM, PowerShape, PowerMill, PartMaker, Inventor, Fusion 360, Eagle, etc.)
