As a Technical ServiceNow Developer at JTI, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by delivering and supporting ServiceNow applications within the GBS and Corporate Functions area. This includes administration, integrations, authorization configuration, unit testing, and development activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collect and analyze business requirements from end-users or IT teams to propose optimal technical solutions to fulfill user requests or resolve issues in the assigned area.
  • Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and JTI architecture standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow applications.
  • Document all aspects of the ServiceNow implementation and continuously update the Knowledge Base to ensure that it remains current and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the development team to prioritize tasks, assign resources, and optimize workflows.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications through regular updates and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, administration, and Workspace configuration.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, SPM, and WSD modules is highly beneficial.
  • Solid experience with ServiceNow integrations and agile project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
