Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level) for both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to handle complaints effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
