Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue strategic business growth initiatives aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential partnerships to inform business decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to the company's unique needs and values.
  • Craft and manage tender requirements in accordance with public procurement laws.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Embark on business trips as necessary to drive growth and collaboration.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date departmental documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, management, or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Polish and CEE construction markets, with a proven track record of successful business development and public procurement tenders.
  • Strong interest in working for a top international contractor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.

Compensation Package:

  • Gross salary: PLN 22,500 - PLN 25,000 per month (contract of employment).
  • Sales bonus structure.
  • Standard Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 – 17:00.
  • Office location in the heart of Warsaw.
  • Medicover health insurance.
