Job Summary:
We're on the hunt for a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team. If you're fluent in Serbian and have a knack for resolving complex technical issues, this might be the perfect fit for you. As a Helpdesk Professional with Serbian Language Skills, you'll be the go-to person for our clients' technical needs. Your expertise will ensure seamless customer experiences, and we're eager to welcome you aboard

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot software applications, mobile devices, networks, and other hardware
- Collaborate with our team to develop training initiatives for new and current employees
- Foster strong relationships with our clients through exceptional customer service
