Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their technical queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This will involve working closely with internal teams to configure our products/services according to client specifications, providing guidance on best practices and customization options to optimize solution fit and functionality. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to empower clients with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the value of our solutions. You will also establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to track the impact of our solutions post-implementation and continuously monitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of Marketing Operations requirements, as well as experience across the Salesforce product suite. Your proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, along with your ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across systems. Active Salesforce certification - Salesforce Administrator - is mandatory, with Advanced Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification being preferred.
