Deals Account Manager, Warsaw

This role is an exciting opportunity to grow our well-established seller base on Amazon's marketplace in Poland and scale their business internationally.
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and goal-oriented Account Managers to join our EU Expansion team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and developing our largest selling partners on the Polish market.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to further expand their business, lead them through a wide spectrum of marketing and selection planning activities, and boost sales.
Additionally, you will work with multiple internal stakeholders to support the consolidation of existing and development of new services, processes, systems, and tools for all 3rd party selling partners.
This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively source and identify high-potential deals on Amazon to drive sales and profitability for the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and schedule targeted deals and promotions on Amazon to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Monitor Amazon marketplace trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for deals and discounts.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize deal structures and timing for maximum impact.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, inventory, and finance teams to ensure deals are properly planned, executed, and measured.
- Stay up-to-date on Amazon's policies and best practices for deals and promotions to ensure compliance.
- Proactively identify and escalate any issues or risks related to Amazon deals and promotions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in Polish and English (verbal & written).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related degree required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of on-the-job experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High level of academic achievement at degree level.
- Master's Degree is a plus.
- Retail/technology/e-commerce/FMCG background preferred but not essential.
