We're looking for a skilled Growth Strategy Specialist to join our Neustark ag team. As a key member of our Global Market Expansion team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Neustark by rapidly closing partnerships with CDR providers, CO2 sources as well as CO2 sinks to build the dominant CO2 removal platform at scale.

This is what YOU'll do:
  • You will support the development of the global Neustark GTM strategy in close alignment with the CRO, Executive Team and GTM team leads.
  • You will perform GTM operations including annual planning process, market evaluation, organizational design, sales territory building, and target setting.
  • You will develop the strategy and framework for Neustark's international GTM expansion and market entry strategies.
  • You will play a key role in establishing and optimizing the sales operations infrastructure to support international sales efforts.
  • You will execute strategic projects by collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure the successful execution of GTM strategies.
