About the Role

TN Poland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, meeting targets for profitable sales volume, and creating a strategy for the Polish market.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key customers in the FMCG industry.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field, as well as proven sales experience in the FMCG industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential for this role.
