As a Global Business Development Director at Michael Page, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth strategy and expanding its market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or management roles within the FMCG industry. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent analytical abilities are essential for this position.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to increase market share and profitability, managing P&L and all country operations, and establishing productive relationships with key personnel and clients.

A strong understanding of the local market and familiarity with the FMCG industry, particularly in beverages, alcohol, food, or non-food sectors, is highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess high communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead and motivate a team.
