Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in Poland. As the primary point of contact for all strategic account communication, engagement, and activities, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining aggressive account growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for leading complex negotiations, defining value propositions, and developing direct business with key end-users or national accounts.

The successful candidate must be able to operate in a matrix organization, working with sales, product management, and operations teams. Travel requirements are significant, with up to 75% of time spent on the road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute aggressive account growth plans for top customers in Poland.
  • Lead complex negotiations and define value propositions to improve the company's position and ensure long-term contracts and recurrent revenue streams.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow direct business with key end-users or national accounts.
  • Provide support to assigned customers in sales activities and assist them in identifying new opportunities.
  • Advise, coach, and assist sales channels in their sales pursuit activities.
  • Regularly review sales activities to achieve orders plan and deliver on financial objectives in conjunction with Sales Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data from various sources.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
