Job Description

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Central Europe SMB Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and think independently within a fast-paced, multitask driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with demand generation, partner, marketing, business development, and technical teams to manage and grow the territory
  • Manage numerous existing and new accounts concurrently and strategically, meet or exceed revenue goals and targets
  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to AWS adoption and new business opportunities, create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS
  • Analyse metrics data to help evolve the business plan and manage the entire lifecycle of key opportunities from adoption to closure
  • Accelerate customer adoption through building and driving relationships with C-level executives and other decision makers

About the Team:

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions experience
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Technology
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced, multitask driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in Russian and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ukrainian speaker
  • Basic knowledge of the SMB or ENT market in one of the CEE countries
  • Engineering or computer science degree
  • Literacy in Salesforce
