About the Role

A highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative is required to join our AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services team in the Central Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new accounts in the Central Europe region, meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive AWS adoption and new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers, accelerating customer adoption and driving revenue growth.
  • Analyze metrics data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, adapting sales approaches as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of technology sales experience, with a strong understanding of cloud technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Russian and English, with Ukrainian language skills a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of the SMB or ENT market in one of the CEE countries, with a strong understanding of local business practices and regulations.
