We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Partnerships Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, client management, and partnership development.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Fostering strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements- 3+ years of successful experience in business development in a recruitment agency, software house or IT consulting - must have
- Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes
- Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
- Can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas
- Good command of English
- Employment contract
- Hybrid work model (max of 2 days from home, office located at Plac Unii Lubelskiej)
