Nordic Sales Director Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Nordics team as a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the content and influencer marketing landscape.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients. As a member of our Nordics client management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Cultivate and nurture our client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Provide input on product development to ensure alignment with market requirements
- Contribute to Metapic's positive and entrepreneurial culture
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong understanding of the content and influencer marketing landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in other Nordic languages a plus
