Nordics Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Nordics team as a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the content and influencer marketing landscape.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients. As a member of our Nordics client management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Cultivate and nurture our client portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide input on product development to ensure alignment with market requirements
  • Contribute to Metapic's positive and entrepreneurial culture
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Strong understanding of the content and influencer marketing landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in other Nordic languages a plus
