About the Role:
Capita is seeking a skilled Customer Care Advisor to provide exceptional support to our customers in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various touchpoints, ensuring a premium experience for our clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospects, driving long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, deliverables, and experiences.
Requirements:
- C2 proficiency in Danish and C1 in English.
- A proactive and empathetic approach, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in handling calls and communicating effectively via email and chat.
- Team player with strong prioritizing and planning skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
