As an Account Manager at Chaos Gears, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into AWS, working on migration projects, ensuring security, and exploring the latest technologies in the Data & AI area.
About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and expanding sales among existing clients.
- You will analyze customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions, creating sales offers and negotiating cooperation terms.
- Your responsibilities will also include organizing meetings, presentations, and webinars for clients, as well as collaborating with the technical and product teams to tailor offers to customer requirements.
- You'll participate in industry events, conferences, and trade fairs, conducting business negotiations and discussing contract terms.
A successful candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry, and knowledge of the IT market, technology trends, and sales processes in the IT sector.
Requirements- Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct discussions at the decision-making level
- Experience in creating sales offers and finalizing contracts
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and initiating sales activities
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Very good command of English (minimum C1), enabling work with international clients
