Job Opportunity
The Pre-Sales team at SAS is seeking a skilled System Engineer to provide technical assistance for software pre-sale and post-sale activities. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities, articulate business and technical value, and prepare and present software demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales staff to outline available products and leverage sales opportunities.
- Deliver standard, customized, and/or strategic presentations outlining the proposed software functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits.
- Lead or cooperate on business and/or technical workshops, POCs, or MVPs.
- Conduct discovery meetings to collect, clarify, and document technical and business requirements during the sales cycle.
- Provide demonstration and business development support at vendor-sponsored events, trade shows, and user group meetings.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in technical sales, technical support, information systems, or a related area of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or other quantitative field related to the area of assignment.
- Experienced to Advanced knowledge of SAS System tools. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Programming proficiency as required for prototype development and product demonstrations.
- Ability to relate technical concepts to SAS applications and user needs.
- Fluent Polish/English.
- Travel as business requirements dictate.
