Job Opportunity

The Pre-Sales team at SAS is seeking a skilled System Engineer to provide technical assistance for software pre-sale and post-sale activities. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities, articulate business and technical value, and prepare and present software demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with sales staff to outline available products and leverage sales opportunities.
  • Deliver standard, customized, and/or strategic presentations outlining the proposed software functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits.
  • Lead or cooperate on business and/or technical workshops, POCs, or MVPs.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to collect, clarify, and document technical and business requirements during the sales cycle.
  • Provide demonstration and business development support at vendor-sponsored events, trade shows, and user group meetings.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in technical sales, technical support, information systems, or a related area of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or other quantitative field related to the area of assignment.
  • Experienced to Advanced knowledge of SAS System tools. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Programming proficiency as required for prototype development and product demonstrations.
  • Ability to relate technical concepts to SAS applications and user needs.
  • Fluent Polish/English.
  • Travel as business requirements dictate.
