Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in Europe, providing accurate information and guidance via dedicated chat.

Key Tasks:

  • Advise customers on using FedEx services and tools.
  • Assist customers with clearance processes from multiple countries.
  • Help resolve service-related issues by providing accurate, valid, and complete information about processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with our customers.
  • Work according to the calendar(s) of European countries.
  • Collaborate with other teams at FedEx to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate different screens and systems.
  • Fluent English written and spoken (B2/C1).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Confidence, empathy, and friendliness to offer outstanding customer experiences.
  • Flexibility in adapting to dynamic business environments.
