This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's prestigious team as a Customer Service Representative supporting their European market operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, collaborating with our internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Providing high-quality customer service through emails, chats, and phone calls
  2. Analysing and resolving customer queries efficiently
  3. Sharing information on administrative and technical requests
  4. Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  5. Upselling and promoting products to customers

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Slovak language at C1/C2 level
  • Strong English language skills at C1/C2 level
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in shifts 24/7
