About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business inquiries and providing exceptional customer support in multiple languages.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating a high level of language proficiency and cultural competence.
  • Utilize knowledge management resources to respond to customer queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Process requests and update data in our database, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Document interactions in our ticket system, providing clear and concise records of customer communications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple languages, including Czech at C1 level, English at B2 level, and an additional European language at C1 level.
  • Courage to face new challenges and opportunities, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
