Key Responsibilities- Provide daily customer support for our applications by troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems efficiently.
- Work independently to solve complex problems without direction from others and handle support tickets via ticketing systems or email submissions.
- Offer technical support for Business Intelligence (BI) applications, reporting, databases, and data integration processes, including escalations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Mid-level SQL knowledge, including scripting and writing skills to debug and resolve SQL code.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS reports, and Data Warehouse/ETL processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, strong leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, professional written and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 experience and knowledge.
- Experience using Slack or other messaging systems.
