Service Administration Team Lead Position

We are seeking a Senior Service Operations Manager to join our Mettler Toledo team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a service administration team of 10+ direct reports, responsible for one of the process areas.
About the RoleThe role requires the ability to motivate teams and ensure high performance, with excellent communication skills and experience in an international work environment, preferably in SSC/BPO organization, with back-office processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position (leading a team) and fluency in English - C1 level.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a service administration team of 10+ direct reports responsible for one of the process areas.
- Hire, train, motivate and develop team members, including setting goals, measuring and documenting performance.
- Ensure high quality and timeliness of the tasks delivered by the team.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and quality, take improvement actions if required.
- Assure right back-up structure, create and keep up-to-date documentation for all processes assigned to the team.
- Ensure that work in the team is evenly distributed (well trained, clear guidelines).
- High quality reporting on workload and operational problems, proactive approach to problem solving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (leading a team).
- Fluency in English - C1 level.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and ensure high performance.
- Quick perception and attention to detail.
- High customer orientation and focus on service quality.
