We're seeking a New Business Expansion Lead - Technology Consulting to join our team at Railwaymen As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in key international markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the technology consulting industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

About the Role:
  • Pursue and secure high-value business opportunities through consultative solution design and business-centric communication.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for key international markets (US, Europe, Arabic region).
  • Lead negotiations for mutually beneficial partnerships and craft customized proposals addressing client needs.
  • Design and implement effective lead generation strategies and oversee the entire sales lifecycle for complex IT projects.
Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate and manage strategic client relationships, providing insightful performance reports and driving process improvements.
  2. Contribute to the development of innovative IT solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
  3. Spearhead international market expansion and drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition.
