We're looking for a talented individual to join our team at Nexi Group & TP as a key player in shaping the future of payments. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls about acquiring or technical products. Your duties will also include using CRM, ERP, and other systems to assist customers effectively, providing technical support for card terminals and self-service portals, and managing administrative tasks such as updating customer details and resolving invoice-related questions.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations, utilize business synonyms and different phrasing without changing the context, and apply problem-solving skills to overcome any obstacles that may arise.
