Alter Solutions Group seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth initiatives. You will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering IT consultants to international clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.

  • You will develop strategic plans to meet the goals of assigned clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Explore new markets and identify potential clients, cultivating relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to meet or exceed budget targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and cooperation.
  • Closely collaborate with the sourcing team leader to leverage collective strengths and expertise.

To excel in this role, you should possess a solid background in sales, preferably within the IT industry. If not, we can provide training and development to equip you with the necessary skills.

  • You must demonstrate strong discipline and responsibility in your work.
  • Maintain high integrity and reliability, building trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Speak fluent Polish as a requirement for effective communication.
