We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Business Development Representative at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing our customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting state-of-the-art technology and a world-class brand. You will initiate contact with midmarket and enterprise companies across several different channels, raising awareness, evaluating business needs, and setting up business meetings with multiple stakeholders.

Main Objectives:

  • To develop and execute a sales strategy focused on growing revenue and market share;
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations;
  • To provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;
  • To collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our strategy;
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, and adjust our strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the fleet management industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
