Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for liaising with both Polish & European candidates, keeping them warm and composed right from the profile submission, interview schedule to being shortlisted. You will also liaise with them on queries which may arise in the paperwork and liaise with the HR team to bridge those gaps. Ensuring contract/paperwork is completed on a timely basis so that they join the project.
Ideal Candidate Profile- You have at least 3 to 5 years experience in HR Administrative functions.
- You need to be able to join immediately.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You communicate effectively with Polish and European candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- You address candidate inquiries regarding paperwork and collaborate with the HR team to resolve any issues.
- You are fluent in both Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
