About the Role

At Equinix, we're seeking a skilled Global Service Desk Agent to provide high-level technical support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll work on a variety of complex issues, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier two support for customer requests, inquiries, and questions through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Equinix's business systems, including Siebel and CSC.
  • Assist with process documentation, improvement, and management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer support and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Proven experience in senior customer support or technical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
