We are seeking an experienced Global Service Desk Agent with fluent Dutch and English language skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide tier two support on customer requests, inquiries, and questions through email, phone, or live chat.

About the Job

As a Global Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing complex support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, documenting solutions, escalating when necessary, and managing trouble resolution in the best interest of the customer and company. Your expertise will be valuable in handling more complex issues and customers, as well as participating in escalation support at the tier 1 and 2 levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier two support on customer requests, inquiries, and questions through email, phone, or live chat.
  • Troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution in the best interest of the customer and company.
  • Handle more complex issues and customers.
  • Participate in escalation support at the tier 1 and 2 levels.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluent written and verbal skills in Dutch and English.
  • Proven experience in senior customer support/service role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
