Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve providing complex support to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

Support Tasks

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business systems and processes.

Collaboration and Development

• Work closely with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.

• Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English, and/or German.
  • Proven experience in a senior customer support or service role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar certification.
