Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Business Developer to join our team at TD SYNNEX Poland sp. z o.o. As an Internal Sales Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including account planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
